plot synopsis:
The young Gary arrives as a recruit of the British Army in Northern Ireland. It is his task to defuse the civil-war-like situation there. However after a failed operation he is caught in the middle because he and a companiod soldier get seperated from their squad. After his friend was killed by members of the IRA, Gary is on his own and has to try to get back to his barrack.
