In this documentary the French author and film maker Emil Weiss joins the American film ledgend Samuel Fuller on his way back to the memorial of the concentration camp Falkenau. There Fuller tells the story about how the camp was freed and how the experiences in the camp influenced his work as a film maker. Since he made a film about the concentration camp Falkenau shortly after it was freed by the Americans, all of his work is strongly influenced by the topic war.
