plot synopsis:
The Australian and Naw Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) consisted of volunteers who fought in the Second World War. After a hard training they were sent into many of the famous battles in Europe.
During a battle the aristrocratic Cpl. Martin Barrington is wounded and sent home by his best friend's sister Kate Becker to recover. Meanwhile the brutality of the war and the battles increases and the Anzacs begin to lose their moral.
