plot synopsis:
The film takes place in 1944 in Port Chicago and deals with the explosion of two war ships in the marine harbour. 320 people are killed by the explosion and 100 more get hurt. Most of the victims are afro-american soldiers after their basic training, who embark highly dangerous munitions. 50 of the suvivors refuse to go on embarking the munitions without any professional training. The following mutiny ist the biggest in the USA ever.
