plot synopsis:
Forth of seven parts of the "Why We Fight"-series. This film focuses above all on Great Britain`s stamina. It reminds it mostly American viewers that, first, Britain fought Germany alone in 1940 and that, second, Britain
was virtually the only Nazi target that refused to capitulate. It mainly focuses on the desperate, but successful, battle to maintain their vital air superiority over the British Isles and the morale of the people to prevent invasion. The film concludes with scenes of the Royal Air Force preparing to pay Hitler back.
