plot synopsis:
The movie shows the events of the "Bloody Sunday" on the 30.01.1972 in the Northern-Irish city Derry. A demonstration of Irish civil-rights activists escalates, after violent adolescents start to attack the police with stones. Along with British paratroopers, that stood by, the police started the fire on the violators, that had fleed into the demonstrators. 13 demonstrators die, 14 get heavily injured.
