Director Shahar Cohen finds out that he may have a half bother or sister, as a result of the intimate relationship of his father with two Dutch women during his time in the Jewish Brigade in WW II. Cohen travels with his father to the Netherlands via Italy follwing the route he took in the mid 1940s. They learn a lot about themselves and show their complicated relationship. Also, this documentary shows that the case of Cohen’s father is not the only one where women in war-torn Europe became pregnant after intimate encounters with foreign soldiers.
