plot synopsis:
A new duckling hatches at the farm - startling enough, it's Adolf Hitler. Soon he violently rules together with two other ducks, Mussolini and Hideki Tojo, and goes to war. Watching this helplessly, the peace dove misgivingly tries to bring them to make peace. In the end, an american soldier and a hare - possibly Stalin - have to intervene to defeat the ducks. The last thing to see is the dove, now old, telling her grandchildren that, to make peace, one sometimes has to go to war first.

remarks:
The film asked viewers at the end to buy war bonds and thus can be seen as a propaganda film.
