After having gained leadership in Germany the Nazis persecute the activists of other parties, especially the communists. This film deals with Rudolf Schwarz' founding a communist group for children in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. He aimed at sensitizing the German population for the failure of the National Socialists. However, he and his supporters were arrested and murdered.
