plot synopsis:
The film plays in 1943 at an American air base in England. It deals with Sergeant Dolan, who manipulates everything and with the insubordinate pilot Major Ed Hardin. Ed becomes commander of his group and has to fight with the former anti-authority stance. Tension grows as D-Day approaches.
