The film deals with the durty bussiness of the weapon trader Yuri Orlov. His criminal career starts in the district Little Odessa in New York. After the fall of the Iron Curtain, together with his brother Vitali, he becomes one of the most powerful illiegal weapon traders of the world. No matter if real states men or inhuman dictators, Yuri sells his weapons to everybody. On the top of his success, the Interpol agent Jack Valentine starts to hunt him and Yuris wife Ava gives him an ultimatum. Yuri wants to decide for the familiy and his wife, but his clients don't leave him alone.
