plot synopsis:
The Canadian Louise Arbour becomes the new Chief War Crimes Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal in Den Haag. This is a new position and she has to fight very hard to be accepted by the Tribunal. She works hard until she can indict the Yugoslavian ex-president Slobodan Milosevic for his war crimes.
