plot synopsis:
Col. Horace Wiggins has his own secret and unauthorized fight against the vietcong. He goes to Cambodia to sabotage a supply train by the vietcong and becomes more and more radical. When mayhem takes over, his right hand objects to him and he has to go on alone.
