plot synopsis:
In 1946, the Second World War has just ended, but the riots are not eliminated. The image of the Soviet city of Odessa is determined by serial killers, escapees and Nazi groups. For this reason, Marshal Zhoukov is sent by Joseph Stalin to Odessa to rid the city of the violence of the road along with the local police.
