plot synopsis:
As a German company is transferred at dead of night from a little city in the south of France to the east front, paymaster Küppes, who missed the departure by oversleeping, is left behind with his full case. The citizens of that little place knows how to use the fraternisation with this “Boche”, the Mr. “Commandante”, for the case is full with useful documents and stamps.
