plot synopsis:
This Film takes place during World War II and deals with a group of American soldiers, who are send to military prison. Their crimes stretch from desertion to murder. On their transport, the convoy is hit by the German artillery. Four of the prisoners can escape. They plan to go to neutral Switzerland, where they don't need to fight or be imprisoned. But on their way they get involved with the French Underground.
