plot synopsis:
The film takes place in 1943 in Berlin and deals with the escape of the Jewish woman Anna Degen and her son Michael. When the Nazis give the order to deport alle Jews that still live in Germany, both of them rip the stars of their cloth and hide. The fear to be discovered becomes their every day's life.
