plot synopsis:
World War I: British and american air troops are stationed in France, from where they perform their attacks. When one of the airplanes is downed, Cpt. Blythe takes his place and immediately falls in love with the local girl Jeannine Berthelot. When they have to perform a big and dangerous attack, he promises her to return.
