plot synopsis:
The film takes place during World War II and deals with an American U-boat, that is sunk by the Germans, who take the crew as prisoners on the German boat U-429. On the way back to the base camp, an epidemic breakes out and the boat is hit by an American destroyer, so that the German soldiers have to ask their American prisoners for help.
