plot synopsis:
The film takes place during World War II and deals with an American who is stationed in England. During an air raid on London he meets an English nurse and falls in love with her. She doesn't tell him that she is already married and so they start an affair. During the American filters an English man to France he gets under fire. He recognizies that the man is the husband of his lover. Both men have to work together to survive, even though they love the same woman.
