The film takes place in the 1990s in Belgrad. It deals with brutal episodes about different people, who meet in the night before the agreement of peace of Dayton. The episodes deal with violence and destruction. A taxi driver destroys the car, that had crashed into him and follows the driver home to also destroy his flat. A man pays a beer for a cripple in a bar and later tells him, that he did the woundings to him. Two boxers argue so badly, that one of them has to die. A young man starts a massacer in a bus because the bus driver doesn't leave the station to the correct time. At the end a man has to watch her wife being rape and is singing a song during this brutal scene. All these hopeless stories show how brutal war is and how much brutality arises from it. Rage, hatred and revenge are the driving forces in all of these stories. Lifes are destroyed and so the war doesn't end with the end of the war.
