plot synopsis:
This film shows the experiences of the head of the Jewish centre of documentary in Vienna, Simon Wiesenthal, who survived several concentration camps during World War II. He was imprisoned in 1941 and went through 12 concentration camps. After war he tracked down nearly 1000 Holocaust perpetrators and handed them over to justice. Right - and not revenge - was the aim of the man who mistakenly was called "Nazi hunter".
