The southeast of Turkey is the northern part of Kurdistan. Bakur in Kurdish means north. The focus of the documentation is the Kurdish north. The documentary accompanies different PKK guerrilla groups. While the political objectives of the organization, such as self-determination, equality and freedom serve as a framework for the presentation, the motivations of individual guerrillas are embedded in it. In addition, the everyday life of the organization members is also made the subject of the documentation.
