plot synopsis:
The movie bases on a true story.
General Billy Mitchell wants to create an Air Force Station on his own for America.
After a german boat has sunk, where also friends of him have died, he noticed how dangerous airplanes are as a military kind of weapon.
Up to now airplanes where only used for show business.
