remarks:
"Green Berets" is the only major Hollywood film about the war in Vietnam produced during the conflict. Often condemned by critics because of its clichée-ridden presentation and simplistic
describtion of the war`s political circumstances. Despite these objections and massive anti-war sentiments of the times, the ended up with $11 million at the box-office.
