plot synopsis:
This documentary deals with the development of antifascist film in Hollywood. Already shortly after Hitler was in power, fascism became a film topic in the USA. But the Holocaust still remained a topic, that was avoided by filmmakers for many years. The documentary shows the actors and directors involved in these antifascist films over the years until today, for example Laurel und Hardy, Charlie Chaplin and Steven Spielberg.
