plot synopsis:
The movie begins in the last month of World War Two in the spring 1945. An austrian captain tries to bring his company behind the allied lines. On their way they meet a young mentally disabled man and they begin to take care of him. The captain develops a closer relationship to the boy and a secret from his past is reveald.
