plot synopsis:
This documentary deals with the pacific war between Japan and the USA. The conflict started in December 1941 with the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and endet with the drop of atomic bombs on Hiroshima and nagasaki in August 1945. The documentary deals with the events from July 1944 to August 10th in 1945. The film reconstructs military strategies with the help of vitnesses, historicans and pictures from the archives.
