plot synopsis:
This teaching film with the Disney-Character Goofy tells the history of ships and marine. At the end virtues of a sailor as well as warships and torpedos are explained while a single american PT-boat destroys with one torpedo - mistakingly Goofy - almost the whole of the japanese marine.
