plot synopsis:
1989- just before the fall of the Berlin Wall. Private Ray Elwood is based at a military base near Stuttgart. He is handsome, calculating and amoral and he makes his money dealing on the black market. For example he produces heroin. One day the base gets a new commander, who is willing to reestablish order among the soldiers. About this time Elwood is planning a big deal with secret weapons. And then he falls in love with the Sergeant's daughter.
