plot synopsis:
The film deals with a camp of political prisoners and Jews in Hungary, ruled by the Germans, and a soccer game in this special surrounding. Among the prisoners the Germans find a soccer star and decide to have a kompetition with him. The soccer star builts up a team and the players try to escape during the preparations. But they are caught and the game goes on ... with a tragic ending.
