plot synopsis:
The film shows the different forms of resistance in the Netherlands during World War II. The head of a resistance group plans brutal attacks against the Nazis, a Jewish resistance fighter tries to save Jews from deportation and brings them to Switzerland. The film is based on the experiences of Friedrich Weinstein, who was imprisoned because of collaboration after the war.
