plot synopsis:
The seventh and last episode of the "Why We Fight"-series finally focuses on the United States of America. In order to ascertain its audience all the good qualities of the US are presented. The film`s conclusion: in order to save democracy and liberty the United States' population shifted opinion towards siding with the Allies against the Axis. But it was not until the attack on Pearl Harbour that the US was brought into full scale involvement in the war.
