A Russian drug baron plans to take over the state of Petrovian. The Petrovian government asks the USA for help and they sent their best helicopter squad. Leader of the successful mission is Ben Garret. The drug laboratories can be destroyed, but Garret loses his friend Cash during the mission and swears revenge. The young and unexperienced pilot Charlie is to replace Cash and when Garret is captured by the criminals it is her turn to free him.
