Fifteen year old Johannes, grown up in South Africa, comes to Germany to the gear of his father after his mother died. Caused by no developing relationship between father and son, Johannes is sent to a national-socialistic reformatory. In the end, Johannes finds his place in the community and gets closer to his father.
