plot synopsis:
Chechnyan rebels have occupied a nuclear reactor. When the USA attack it and one of their leaders is killed, the rebels bring another nuclear power station into their grip. Therefore the CIA suggests sending a so called 'painter' to Chechnya, who should mark the point of attack electronically, so that the army can destroy this point and free the hostages. But the mission turns out to be more difficult than presumed.
