After numerous battles and losses in the Balkan War, all is not well with the Ottoman Empire at the beginning of the 20th century. The country of Rumelia was also affected by this. The Rumelia inhabitants were forced by the difficult situation to leave their homeland and go to Anatolia and Istanbul.
