The two former school friends David Packouz and Efraim Diveroli live a relaxed life in Florida. David works as a massage therapist, while Efraim completes small deals as an arms dealer. However, both are longing to finally make big money and, as luck would have it, the war on terror is raging overseas. There is a great need for arms replenishment and when the two learn that the US government is looking for arms suppliers, they see their opportunity and make an offer that undercuts the other companies by far. They directly receive a $ 300 million contract, are rich in one go and have to supply the American troops in the crisis area with replenishment. However, the two inexperienced arms dealers are not aware of the extent of their mission and slowly but surely the situation seems to get out of control.
