plot synopsis:
A tragic story two young friends, a Slovak and a Czech, during the time of the establishment of the Slovak State and the Nazi protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. After being accused of sabotage by the Gestapo they have to flee the country. In their way they meet various kinds of people on whom their future lifes depend.
