plot synopsis:
Theo Brakke, arrogant son of an aircraft-factory director, wins a rowing regatta. But because of his bad benefits at school he was not allowed to take place in this competition, so his father makes him work in his factory.
Caused by companionship, obedience and discipline he becomes a "real man". By the nazis the film was celebrated as invaluable for education and the state.
