plot synopsis:
This film shows the return of Eugénie,an African woman now living in Germany, to Ruanda. During the civil war she lost her mother and her brother. Her mother was brutally killed by a neighbour eith an axe and now Eugénie wants to take this man to task.
This intimate story also reflects the genicide of the Hutus and Tutsis and asks for guilt and expiation.
