The film with its original title should show the life of Horst Wessel, who was advertised by the Nazis as a hero.
But because of the disaffection of the regime in terms of the permutation of the book "Horst Wessel" by Hanns Ewers, the film had to change its name. IT should not be offered anymore as a biography of Horst Wessel, but as a "model" for the life of line-toeing Nazis.
