plot synopsis:
Walt Disney aimed for shooting a teaching movie based on de Seversky's non-fiction book "Victory through air power". By the means of animation technique and real-life sequences of de Seversky talking history and possibilities of air fight are displayed. The movie has a strong touch of propaganda for the allied parties in World War II.
