Reconstructed and re-enactded story of David Frankfurter, son of a rabbi, who continued his medical studies he had begun in Germany in Bern. Disturbed, insulted and in panic because of the persecution of Jews by the nazi-regime he decides to set a example of resistance. IN Davos on February 4th, 1936 he shots Wilhelm Gustloff, head of the NSDAP in Switzerland. A Swiss court sentences him to 18 years in prison. At the end of the film living in Tel-Aviv the then 65-years-old assassin is interviewed. He does not regret.
