With the help of an artificial beetle that flies into the building under surveillance, it is possible to identify the terrorist and locate explosive belts and other material for suicide attacks. After some back and forth about responsibilities and authorizations as well as calculating the collateral damage caused by the possible death of an uninvolved girl, the building is destroyed with two missiles - the terrorists are killed, but the girl also suffers fatal injuries.
