plot synopsis:
The movie is set in the Philippines during the Second World War. After the American troops are encircled by the Japanese Army, two of their officiers close to Filipino guerilla warriors to increase their chance of survival. When they finally both fall in love with the same woman, on of the main characters dies in a shootout with the Japanese. His comrade swears to take revenge.
