Daffy Duck lands as an american parachuter in Nazi-Germany. Conflict with General von Vulture, whom Daffy attacks in comic-like actions such as handing him bombs and hitting him on the head with a hammer. Von Vulture chases Daffy and is able to lock him into a gigantic cannon, with which von Vulture shoots Daffy onto Berlin. There, he interrupts a speech by Adolf Hitler with a hit on the head with a hammer.
