Saigon, 1968: Buck McGriff and Albaby Perkins are military police from the Army's Criminal Investigation Department assigned to find a serial killer. Prostitutes have been ritualistically murdered, and the two cops spend their final days of active duty in the sleazy back alleys of Saigon trying to track down the killer. One by one, possible witnesses who can shed light on the case are systematically murdered. Their prime suspect is high ranking U.S. Army officer which brings their lives in danger.
