This documentary is based on the authentic reports by Dominik Richert. The film tries to show the experiences of a simple soldier during the war.

Dominik Richert was 20 years old, when he had to join the armee. But he didn't share the enthusiasm about the war. After the capitulation he wrote down all his bad experiences.
