plot synopsis:
Two astronauts return from space, and have to see that everything on earth has been destroyed by a nuclear holocaust. A dictator called Cutter rules brutally together with his rank and file, a gang of local bikers. The two astronauts want to fight cutter, but in addition they have to fight evil mutants.
